Welcome to the sixth week of the Spring Term 2024 and the last one of this half term.

You will need to wear your PE kit on MONDAY and TUESDAY this week. I will teach you PE on Monday and ITFC on Tuesday.
WEDNESDAY is 'Wear What You Love' for St. Valentine's Day to raise money for the PTA. Wear something you love for £1.
The learning behaviour this week is 'Improve' and our value this half term is 'Courage'. Our words of the week are: 'portraiture' and 'proportion'.
This week's homework is:
- Reading Comprehension - 'Life Cycle Comparison'. Read the information and then answer the questions in your homework books using full sentences. Don't forget to use a black handwriting pen to write your answers.
- Maths - Y5: Improper Fractions and Mixed Numbers, Y6: Comparing and Ordering Fractions.
- Practise the third column of the Y5/6 (or next 10 of the Y3/4) words on Spelling Shed and your own list of personal spellings. YOU WILL HAVE A TEST AFTER HALF TERM.
- Use TTRockstars to practise your times tables - you MUST know these!! If you don't, you need to go on here EVERYDAY.
- Read for Pleasure at least FIVE times this week and record this in your Log Book. Ask a grown up to sign your book.
