Good morning, Adders. I hope that you enjoyed the learning from yesterday. Don’t forget there is a new Discussion on the website for this week’s learning. Please make sure you upload your learning on the correct one otherwise it does make it difficult for me to find what you’ve done.
This is the learning that I would like you to complete today:
- Arithmetic Test 22 OR 15 minutes TT Rockstars.
- Reading – Y5 + ED/FD/IF: ‘The Contraption’ and Y6: ‘Alexander Fleming’ Reading Comprehension in your printed pack. Please answer in full sentences. You have the answers in your pack.
- Grammar/Spelling – SPaG Mat numbers 1+2 in your printed pack.
- Maths – Y5: Continue with Consolidation Activities from your printed pack; Y6: Continue with Algebra activities in your printed pack – details of these activities are on yesterday’s blog;
- Maths – ED/LW/FD/IF/JL: Classroom Secrets sheets – Geometry: Properties of Shapes ‘Compare and Order Angles’ Varied Fluency and Reasoning + Problem Solving.
- Art – Portraits and Photography: Using a digital camera, phone or tablet take portrait photographs of your family members considering light and textures (or use some photos that you already have printed). Following this, you can then use the photographs to draw portraits in pen considering light and tone. - Physical Exercise – any activity that is going to give you 60 minutes of exercise.
