BENTLEY SCHOOL PTA NEWS – JUNE 2016

FORTHCOMING EVENTS

NON – UNIFORM DAY – Friday 24^th June – Traditional Tombola

The children can come to school on this day in non-uniform, in exchange for a donation to the Traditional Tombola at the school fete. You can leave your donations in the crates on the playground in the morning.

(Please check the dates on the items you donate are usable after JULY 2016)

Bentley School PTA Summer Fete – 2^nd July 2016

12 – 3pm on the School field

Various stalls, games and fun. Activities in the main arena.

Come along and make a difference for the school.

Donations of crockery for the smash would be appreciated.

If you can spare some time to help, please let us know, otherwise we cannot run the stalls we have organised!

Thank you to those who have already volunteered.

PTA Leaver’s BBQ & Grand Prix – Tuesday 19^th July 2016

6 – 8pm on the school playground

A car can be made from anything. Look out for the posters for the rules!!

We have a special ramp that is set up in the playground, the cars are rolled down, one at a time and a chalk marker is used when the car comes to a stop. The car that travels the furthest is the winner and a cash prize is awarded.

There will be no cake sale at school this month however please feel free to donate cakes to the tea stall at the fete run by the Bentley toddlers group.We hope to see some new designs for 2016.
