Wolves butterflies are released

The butterflies are released!

Wolves class are sad to see their painted lady butterflies released into our woodland area.  They took some persuading to fly away from the net which has been their home for the last 6 weeks as they changed from caterpillar to cocoon to butterfly.  4 of the 5 caterpillars made it into butterflies but one of these has a bent wing so we are hoping that the final 3 manage to find a mate and lay some eggs before their short lifespan is over.
