Welcome to the sixth week of the second half of the Summer Term 2024.
This week's timetable can be accessed HERE.
You will need to wear your PE kit on MONDAY and TUESDAY this week. I will teach you on Monday and Ben will teach you on Tuesday.
On TUESDAY afternoon, selected children are at Quad Kids at Northgate Sports Centre. We will travel there by minibus or my car and the event should be finished by 5.45pm.
On MONDAY, we will be holding our School Council elections. If you are interested, please prepare a speech to present in front of the whole school persuading others to vote for you. If you would like to make any posters to aid your campaign, then please let me know.
On THURSDAY and FRIDAY selected children are taking part in Bikeability. You will need to bring your bike and helmet into school and make sure you are wearing clothes suitable for cycling.
The learning behaviour this week is 'Improve' and our value this half term is 'Respect'. Our words this week are: 'intersect' and 'refraction'.
There is no written homework now for the rest of the term but you will need to still:
- Use TTRockstars to practise your times tables - you MUST know these!! If you don't, you need to go on here EVERY DAY.
- Read for Pleasure at least FIVE times this week and record this in your Log Book. Ask a grown up to sign your book.
