It’s Friday again, Adders and you’ve nearly completed yet another week of home learning. Well done! PLEASE SEND ME CONFIRMATION OF YOUR READING FOR THIS WEEK FOR THE READING CHALLENGE. No-one so far has put anything on the Discussion for this week and very few of you have emailed me your learning. I would really like to see what you’ve been up to this week.

I am really looking forward to seeing some of the Y6s today and it was great to catch up on the video chat on Wednesday. If you are not coming into school today, then please start the transition learning which is on a separate blog on Adders page. I will also give you some time on Monday afternoon next week to finish this too.

This is the learning that I would like you to complete today:

Maths	Y5 + Y6 not in school: Continue with the problem solving activities from yesterday. IF/LW/JL – Comparisons – sum and difference: Continue with these activities: Varied Fluency, Reasoning + Problem Solving, Homework Extension + Discussion Problems. These will need to be downloaded from Thursday’s blog as pdf documents. You will need to choose whether you complete the Developing OR Expected activities.
Writing	Y5 + Y6 not in school: Using The Game resource from yesterday, continue with the activity ‘Get Plotting Again’ on pages 21-23.
Topic Music PSHE Art	Continue from yesterday: Black History: Using the two documents on Thursday’s blog (or other websites), choose one of the following activities: Select at least 10 different events that include significant people to produce your own timeline about Black History. Select one of the significant black British leaders to read about (Allan Glaisyer Minns or John Richard Archer). Produce a timeline about their life and include any other significant information about them. Y6 not in school: Start the transition workbook using the resources on the Transition Blog on Adders page.
