Good morning, Adders.  I hope that you enjoyed the learning from yesterday.  Don’t forget there is a new Discussion on the website for this week’s learning. 

This is the learning that I would like you to complete today:

• Arithmetic Test 26 OR 15 minutes TT Rockstars.
• Reading – ‘Diary of Darwin’ Reading Comprehension in your printed pack.  You can answer in your homework book or discuss the answers orally with an adult.
• Grammar/Spelling – SPaG Mat numbers 4+5 in your printed pack.
• Maths – Y5: Continue with problems solving activities from your printed pack; Y6: Continue with Consolidation activities in your printed pack – details of these activities are on yesterday’s blog.
• Maths – ED/LW/FD/IF/JL: Classroom Secrets sheets – Geometry: Properties of Shapes ‘Lines of Symmetry’ Varied Fluency and Reasoning + Problem Solving. 

• Art – Animal Prints:  Using a variety of media (this could be materials from around the house such as cloth, newspapers or magazines, felt, etc.), create patterned animal prints for a mammal, an insect, an amphibian, a reptile and a bird of your choice. After, create a collage of the animal prints you have made. You could always use a pencil or pen to sketch the animal prints!  Don’t forget to send me a photo of your artwork – I love seeing what you have created.

• Physical Exercise – any activity that is going to give you 60 minutes of exercise.
