Good afternoon Foxes
I hope you are all enjoying your weekend.
This week our learning behaviour is 'Don't give up'
PE is Monday and Wednesday as always. Monday our class governor is due in for a visit.
Homework is due in on Wednesday, your 5 reads need to be signed off in school on Friday. Last week we had just 2 year 6s complete this, which was the lowest cohort in school. With SATs looming this really isn't good enough. Please ensure you are reading 5 times a week and having it signed at home, this is part of your weekly homework. You are the role models for our school so please let's have a better week. It is part of your homework and must be done.
If you have one of the key speaking parts in our Christmas production, please ensure you are practising, you need to know your lines and where they fit into the play without using your script.
We have a dress down day on Thursday for a contribution to the tombola or bottle tombola for our Christmas fayre. Friday we are making decorations for the hall ahead of our Christmas Tree service.
Please don't forget if you (or anyone in your house) has any old jeans that are due to be thrown away, please bring them into school for our DT project.
Finally, we have our parent consultations this week. If your adults have not booked a slot to see me, please encourage them to do so. I do need to speak to all parents of the children in my class are these are such critical school years.
I have attached our timetable for the week.
Have a good day tomorrow
