Foxes Friday 10th July

Date: 10th Jul 2020 @ 5:11am

Good morning Foxes. It looks like a very soggy Friday to end the week.

It's quite an easy day of learning today. I'm sure you are all getting tired now. Please keep going with it, don't give up. Everyday you are working at home will keep some of your key skills ticking over and hopefully make life a little easier when you finally come back in September.

In maths you need to draw an aerial view of your house to someone near by and use positional language to get there. A bit like programming the bee bots.

You have independent reading and a bit of research on Christopher Columbus. You will need to write your own story to retell his. You have some anagrams of the year 5/6 words, which hopefully you all know by now.

Finally this afternoon you get to make a boat.

Year 6 you are in all day, hopefully you will have your packed lunches and be wearing trainers. Please don't forget to also bring in any school books or anything else that you have borrowed. You do not need anything else other than a big smile for your final day!!

I hope you all have a great weekend and manage to get out and about a bit. The government announced that indoor swimming pools will be opening soon, so that is good news, life is slowly getting back to the new normal.

Keep being awesome!
