Good Morning Hedgehogs,
I hope you are well and have enjoyed your first day learning about animals. It was really lovely being able to catch up with some of you yesterday. I look forward to speaking to more of you today!
This week it is Mental Health Awareness week in the UK and this year’s theme is ‘Kindness’. Take a look at the Newsround clip below to find out some more information. Remember if you are upset or worried about something – it is OK to feel that way! There has been a lot of change recently and you may be finding that difficult. Please talk to an adult you trust about how you are feeling and know that I am always here too if you want to get in touch!
