PGL Day Two - 24.10.24

Date: 24th Oct 2024 @ 8:54am

Day two and we survived the night!  The children were quiet by 10pm and some were awake by 5.30am, so not too bad.  We have had a breakfast of cereal, bacon, toast, hash browns and cereal so are refuelled for the day.  Photos of the rooms will follow...

Today's activities include: raft building, survivor, challenge course, giant swing and abseiling.

We have just finished a lunch of burgers, chips and salad, and visited the shop to buy our souvenirs.  We can't wait for this afternoon's activities.  Tonight we have campfire where we will sing songs and toast marshmallows!

After an exhausting (but extremely fun) day of activities, a dinner of chicken kiev, lasagne and a chocolate chip cookie was very welcome.  Some of the groups had to warm up after seeing a bit too much of the water in the lake this afternoon during raft building but absolutely loved it!
