Hello Squirrels,

I hope you have all had a lovely weekend!

Our learning behaviour this week: Improve

This week we will be starting to explore addition and subtraction in our maths, particularly focusing on our number facts. In English, we will be starting our independent writing all about our trip to 'Antarctica'. Our new topic for this week will be an art focus on LS Lowry. 

Please make sure, if you haven't already, that you sign your home school agreement. 

Remember PE is on Monday and Thursday. 

Homework:

Reading: Please continue to read at home, remember when you do five reads a week at home it goes towards progressing through the reading challenge.

Spellings: Practice your spellings ready for our test on Friday, they can be found on spelling shed and on a sticker in your homework book. 

Maths: Continue to practice for your number challenge at home.

Topic: Last week we were learning all about Victorian schools, can you explain to someone at home some of the things you have learnt this week and the differences between schools in the past and present.
