Welcome to week 5 - pur learning behaviour is keep trying and don't give up.

Our virtual Christmas Fayre is on Friday, so please get your order forms in by Wednesday in an envelope with cash or cheque. There are 2 order forms, with the PTA one being able to pay by bank transfer.
We are starting a story based on the bbc advert from 2017 called My Christmas Star.
In maths we are consolidating addition and subtraction strategies.
In Science, we are testing materials to see how absorbent they are, and children could do this at home too.
We will be practising the play, so if your child came home with words to learn on Friday, please could they be practising them and make sure they are in their book bag everyday please. If your child didn't have words to learn, they still have a part to play obviously, but no words to practise. We will be sorting costumes this week and letting you know if you need to provide any tights, leggings or tops of a certain colour.
It was nice to catch up with parents last week and this week for Parents Evenings, and continuing to work in partnership together.
If your child is wriitng Christmas cards, there is a postbox for them to go in at school.
