Hello Woodpeckers!
We hope you had a good summer and we are very excited about seeing you and hearing all your news. A warm welcome to our Year 3 children too!
Our learning behaviour for the next few days is about growth mindset and we will also be thinking about our Colour Monsters.
When the gates open at 8.35, there is a slight change; children can go straight into class, rather than to the playground.
Parents; a few helpful tips - Please remember to name all of your child's new uniform so it can be reunited easily. It is also helpful to talk to your child about the dinner menu if they are having a school dinner so they are prepared with their choice. Please check this blog weekly, usually it will be posted on Friday evening and certainly up by Sunday evening. The weekly newsletter is a must read to keep you up to date with school life and what's going on.

Wednesday - Mrs Jordan will be teaching
Thursday - Miss Cross will be teaching
Friday - Miss Cross will be teaching. There will be an opportunity for parents to meet Miss Cross in Woodepeckers class at 2.50pm (2.40 for KS1 teachers).
As always, we will be on the playground at the end of the day should you have any questions.
