Dinner Options
Lunchtime Company have reviewed the feedback from the Lunchtime Company parent questionnaires; as a result of your comments the kitchen will be supplying pasta as an option from the salad table on a daily basis, and also offering sliced chicken as a sandwich filling from 25th November.

The kitchen apologises for the difficulties with serving hot meals at the end of this week.  They are hopeful that the gas issues they have experienced will be resolved by Monday.  In the meantime they have been able to offer sandwiches or jacket potatoes.

Attendance
We will be keeping you updated on our attendance over the course of the year so we can work together towards an upward trend. Since half term, we have had lots of illness which has affected our overall attendance, currently 92.4%. Most of this is authorised absence due to illness. We hope that everyone is feeling better soon!
We do have some excellent attendance too as can be seen in the chart below.

Every week we encourage parents to support their children to learn and use new vocabulary. In school we will be exploring the origin of new words, what they mean and how to use them effectively in context. If you can encourage your child to use these words it would be really helpful!
