Important Information to Share

Epiphany Service 8th January
We will be celebrating Epiphany at St Mary's Church on Wednesday 8th January. Parents are warmly invited to join us as we celebrate the arrival of the Kings following Jesus' birth. In preparation, the children will be making crowns before the end of term. Worship group will be finalising the details and would like a few parents to support the delivery of the service too. If you are interested, please let us know by the end of next week so we can send you some information. We will be singing some traditional carols as part of this service, including We Three Kings and Away in a Manger. We hope you can join us.
Children will need to be dropped at the church for the usual time of 8.45am.

Christmas Lunch
Children enjoyed a lovely festive lunch on Wednesday. They enjoyed being served their lunch by staff whilst singing along to festive songs. (Please remember to pay for this lunch if you normally pay for your child's lunch)

Christmas Performance Tickets
Families who have requested up to 2 tickets per family per performance have all been allocated their request.  If you have requested extra tickets you will have received an email this morning to confirm.  Please do not bring extra family members if you have not requested extra seats as we are limited on numbers. To save on printing and paper costs, we will not be sending physical tickets home.
Children should return to school at 5.45pm for the KS1 evening performance, and 6.15pm for the KS2 evening performance please.

Every week we encourage parents to support their children to learn and use new vocabulary. In school we will be exploring the origin of new words, what they mean and how to use them effectively in context. If you can encourage your child to use these words it would be really helpful!
