Important Information to Share

Attendance- it has been a very positive start to the term with attendance at 95.1% and only a couple of lates. We hope to maintain high levels of attendance throughout this year so this is a great start!

Healthy Living - the children have had a great couple of days learning about healthy living.  Keep an eye on the website for the photos coming your way shortly.  Thank you for your support with cakes and entry money for MacMillan - we'll announce a total next week.

KS2 Music tuition - All KS2 have brought home their clarinets to practise for next week.  They need to practise putting together the clarinet and then playing E, D and C notes using 'tonguing' (using their tongue to stop a note).  They need to bring back the clarinet every THURSDAY for our music lesson.  If they do not bring it in, then they won't be able to take part in the lesson.

Every week we encourage parents to support their children to learn and use new vocabulary. In school we will be exploring the origin of new words, what they mean and how to use them effectively in context. If you can encourage your child to use these words it would be really helpful!
