Good morning Foxes, I hope you all had a good day yesterday and managed to get out between the showers.
How crazy, it's the last day of April, where did that month go. You've been off school now nearly as long as the summer holidays and yet it seems to have flown by.
I just want to start today by saying how amazing I think you've all been in managing to keep going and staying positive. I have enjoyed talking to you and hearing your stories of what you've been up to and I have been so impressed. I think your adults at home have been amazing too, it's been a complete change of role for some of them and they've risen to the challenge. It's not been easy for anyone but you are all doing a great job!!
I am going into school to prepare your next learning packs. Can I remind you that I am not expecting you to complete everything in your packs. I know some of you will zip through it but you are only expected to do 1 hour of maths and 1 hour of English, plus some spellings, maths challenges and reading in the mornings. In the afternoon a bit of topic (choose from it what you want or create something else) and some time being active. If there is anything you find too challenging then do something else.
We need to stay calm and not stress over these things, we can only all do our best. If you can say you've done your best each day then that's perfect with me.
