Kitten Class: Reception Pupils - Monday 20th April 2020

Date: 19th Apr 2020 @ 6:44pm

Reception Pupils

Welcome back Kittens!  I hope you have enjoyed the sunshine and had some fun over the Easter holidays.

During the day on Monday, you will receive your home school learning packs for the next 3 weeks.

This week's theme is Florence Nightingale, and you have the topic plan in your home school learning pack and it is below too if you haven't got yours yet,

In Maths, you will be exploring 2D shapes, naming and describing them.

In Literacy, you will be writing labels and simple sentences.

Below I have outlined a timetable that you and your grown ups might like to follow. This is only a guide. Whatever works for you and your family is the most important thing at the moment.

Timetable to follow......

I have set up a discussion for this week for Kittens Class which I want you to add comments on. Please include what you have done related to your learning and add photos so we can all comment and give you feedback.

Towards the end of the week, I will be giving you another call at home to find out how you are and how you are getting on with your learning. I look forward to talking to you then.

Stay safe and stay well!

Best wishes

Mr Ross :-)

Tuesday 21st April

Good morning Kittens!

I hope you enjoyed your learning yesterday. Can you remember why Florence Nightingale was also called 'the lady with the lamp'?

Don't forget to add comments and photos to the discussion page on your personal log in.

Have a good day!
